Refund Policy
All sale items purchased in-store are not available for exchange or refund.
Any full price item can be exchanged only if it’s bought back within the designated time frame, in its original packaging, with all the tags in place, with no smells or scents on items. Any damage will render the item illegible for exchange.
All postage charges must be incurred by the customer for any exchanges.
Items such as Jewellrey and perfumes are not available for exchanges or refund.
