RETURNS POLICY – KAYRA

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, where the product MUST be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

If upon receiving the item, we find that the product is worn, damaged, or not in its original condition, no refund will be issued.

This includes, but is not limited to:

                          Makeup marks

                          Perfume or body odours

Please ensure a note with your full contact details and order number is included inside the return parcel.

 

Return Process

In order for us to accept your return, it is required that you contact us first via one of the following channels and provide a reason for return:

Once you have contacted us, our team will guide you through the most appropriate returns or exchange process depending on the situation.

Items must be returned within 7 days after discussing the return with our team.

 

Refunds

Once we have received your returned goods, our team will issue a refund for eligible items via the original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to be processed.

We DO NOT cover return postal costs under any circumstances.Refunds issued will be for the item price only, excluding delivery charges, even if the item is damaged.

If a free postage offer was applied to the original order, the cost of postage will be deducted from the refund amount.

Postage costs:

                          Standard shipping: £4

The refund amount will never exceed the amount originally paid.

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, as these items are specifically ordered for the customer.

 

Faulty Items & Damage

Any rips or damage that occur after trying the product on will not be deemed faulty and returns will not be accepted.

Examples include:

                          Underarm tears

                          Undone stitches

                          Damage to the middle seam of trousers

 

If an item is faulty, this must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item and before trying it on.

 

All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition.

 

If up to 10% of beads, stones, or tassels are missing or scraped, the item will be considered acceptable and not faulty.

Where possible and stock permitting, we may attempt to provide replacement embellishments.

As gems are glued, glue marks may be visible, and some stones may fall off during transit. This is not classified as a fault.

Product Variations

                          Colours of tassels, beads, or pearls may vary from advertised images

                          Borders or lace may vary

                          Light-coloured outfits may have slight marks due to the nature of the fabric

                          We make every effort to capture true colours, however colour may vary due to lighting and camera quality.

 

Order Cancellations

It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been posted.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to contact us via WhatsApp 07818 400 670.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Strictly no returns or exchanges on all jewellery items due to hygiene reasons.

 

Unclaimed & Lost Parcels

If an item has not been claimed and is returned to us, postage will need to be paid again.

Any parcels lost in transit must be claimed for by the customer.

Kayra is not responsible for any customs charges. Any customs charges incurred must be paid by the customer.

 Postage Options

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery (Signed)

Our Royal Mail UK Next day Delivery is a next day service and is dispatched using a first-class, signature on delivery service. Parcels will arrive the next day by 11am, providing the orders are placed before 2pm from Monday to Thursday. This excludes orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed after 2pm from Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following working day and the parcel will be delivered the next day. Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following day.

Please note that this does not include Public Holidays, Eid Holidays, UK Bank Holidays and busy trading periods (Eid, Ramadan etc.) so there may be a delay around these holiday periods. If you need an urgent delivery please contact us direct on 07818 400670.

UK Royal Mail 48hr delivery.

This is our standard postage method

Our Royal Mail UK Standard delivery service takes 2-3 working days to deliver, it is not a guaranteed 48hr delivery time. It is a tracked service that you can follow once it has been processed through the post office. 

UK Royal Mail 24hr delivery.

Our Royal Mail UK Standard delivery service takes 1-2 working days to deliver, it is not a guaranteed 24hr delivery time. It is a tracked service that you can follow once it has been processed through the post office.

International - Royal Mail Tracked & Signed

Our International Royal Mail delivery service is a combined tracked and signed service. This service offers full end-to-end tracking, with signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation.

This service delivers to Europe within 7-14 working days and worldwide within 12-20 working days.

 

Note:

A tracking number is provided for your parcel; this will enable you to track your parcel. Please be mindful of the delivery days as parcels can be left in your safe places, after which the postal service nor us at Kayras are liable. 

All our delivery time frames are based around working days (Monday to Friday). This excludes public holidays, UK Bank Holidays and busy trading periods (Eid, Ramadan etc.) so there may be delays. We will notify our customers of these busy periods, so they are aware of any potential delays.
